To purchase goods through our website, you must be over 18 years of age. You must provide all the information requested, including your name; payment details; debit/credit card address; delivery address; email address and telephone number.

We reserve the right to decline all or part of any order. You are deemed to have read and accepted our terms and conditions when submitting your order.

Delivery times quoted are estimates only, and we shall not be liable for any delays caused except to the extent caused willfully or negligently by us . We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method and to the address which you specify in the check out procedure. However, the time for delivery will not be essential to the contract between us. If you do not take delivery of the products or supply inadequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges.

If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing within 14 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.

Please note that should we be unable to deliver you item (premises closed or address incorrect) or your item is returned to us after a number of failed delivery attempts (our courier will leave a card and you must contact them with 4 days) you will incur a further delivery charge of £3.99.

You may cancel your order by notifying us in writing at any time up to 14 days after your products have been delivered. The notification should state your order number and give the reason for cancellation. If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the products, then you must return the products to us at the address mentioned above. The products should be returned in a reasonable condition and at your own expense. We recommend the use of a Recorded Delivery Service. You can no longer cancel your order once you have opened the product containers or used the products. However, your statutory rights concerning the quality of those products will be unaffected.

We Reserve The Right Not To Accept Any Order If.
The payment transaction was not authorised by your card provider. One or more of the goods was incorrectly described or priced on our website. We do not deliver to your area.

All prices shown are in pounds sterling and exclude delivery charges. We accept most major debit and credit cards using the Paypal secure payment gateway. Your data is dealt with by your bank via this gateway and we recommend that yenrololl for your banks card protection scheme such as ‘verified by visa’ or ‘mastercard secure’ which protects your card data with your own password. This prevents unauthorised use of your card details for fraudulent internet purchases. No credit or debit card details submitted online are stored by us once your order has been processed. We also accept payments by PayPal.

When paying by debit or credit card, you specifically authorise us to exchange relevant information with your card provider for the purpose of authenticating your identity, validating your card, and requesting authorisation of the transaction, and you consent to the processing of such information.

It is our policy NEVER to sell, or otherwise disclose your details to third parties under any circumstances. We may occasionally email you with news of promotions or new product launches, but if you prefer not to receive such offers, you can email us to remove your email address from our file. You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to the address above. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

We may send you promotional codes from time to time – to use enter the code into the promotional code box on the basket page, click recalculate and this will add the relevant discount to your order. Only one code can be used per order and have an expiry date. We reserve the right to cancel any order which abuses or exploits any promotional code.
